Fathers Outreach
Brinn Clayton
   Brinn Clayton is the father of homeschooler, Nikolay, and husband of Linda Clayton. Brinn is the father-child outing co-ordinator for the H.E.A.R. group. Brinn and Linda will be celebrating their twentieth anniversary in February 2010. They are members of Westwood Baptist Church.

 

Brinn is planning three outings for the 2009 - 2010 school year. The first event will be a hike in the fall. We will go bowling in the winter. A spring event is in the planning.

 

Father's Outreach Coordinator Job Description:

  • Organize or seek a volunteer to plan various outings for homeschool fathers, e.g.
  • breakfast out, horseshoe games, bowling, home meeting fellowship time
  • Purpose to encourage fathers in their leadership role as home school dads
  • Arrange for photographs to be taken of various functions and prints donated
  • to the HEAR scrapbook/yearbook
  • Select functions that stay within the HEAR Statement of Purpose and Belief
  • Contact the director with information for the HEAR calendar or website and keep them informed of outreach plans
  • Send email announcements to the HEAR leaders
  • Submit a bio and photograph to the Website Administrator
