 Carolyn Nowotny We moved to North Carolina from Missouri in 2006 with a job transfer. Dave works for Leggett & Platt / Hanes Dye & Finishing in Butner. We have fallen in love with North Carolina! We live in a little community in Granville County called Berea. We attend Mt. Zion Baptist Church and are active in several ministries there including the choir & teaching. I was very involved in our homeschool support group in Missouri, and am looking forward to becoming more involved here. It is my desire to encourage other moms (and to be encouraged by them) as we do this homeschooling thing. I am so looking forward to this year's graduation - it is a huge accomplishment for our children! But for me personally, I view it as a huge milestone for myself as my oldest graduates from our little school! Graduation Coordinator Job Description:
§ Review the HEAR graduation policy and procedure guidelines and give copies to each participating family
§ Be aware of the scheduled graduation date
§ Set planning meeting dates for the upcoming graduates and their parents, with planning dates beginning early in the new-year
§ Oversee all decisions to ensure that policies are followed
§ Organize committees when necessary
§ Contact the director with necessary information for the HEAR calendar or website and keep them informed of graduation plans
§ Send email announcements to the HEAR leaders
§ Submit a bio and photograph to the Website Administrator
