 Family Field Day Coordinator Job Description:

§         Plan a fun-filled day of activities for students and parents for the scheduled date

§         Locate and reserve an appropriate facility

§         Choose a committee to organize games for various age groups

§         Activities will vary from year to year and may include a family picnic

§         Follow up with each organizer and be available to assist them with planning ideas

§         Prior to field day, ask several volunteers to be responsible to photograph activities, purchase prints and donate to the HEAR scrapbook/yearbook

§         Keep the director informed of the field day plans, and give them information for the HEAR calendar or website

§         Send email announcements to the HEAR leaders

§         Have awards available for appropriate activities

§         Leave the facility as it was prior to field day
