Job Title – HEAR Support Group Leaders  

Job Purpose:  Oversee All Matters Relating to the Organization

  Key Responsibilities: 

·        Organize and lead each support group meeting

·        Schedule and plan board meeting agendas

·        Facilitate board meetings

·        Assist with board recruitment and coordinator positions

·        Serve as mentors to new homeschoolers

·        Coordinate workshops

·        Collect information and assemble the yearly packets

·        Serve as group liaisons for NCHE

·        Attend leadership conferences

·        Minister to the needs of the HEAR group

·        Be available to assist directors

·        Ensure that all functions stay within the guidelines of the HEAR Statement of Purpose and Belief

·        Communicate with the directors to ensure they are actively working towards their individual position goals

·        Consult with the directors at the end of each year to verify their desire to retain their position

·        Submit a bio and photograph to the Website Administrator
